Dana was born and raised in Darien, Connecticut; however, she has experience living in many beautiful places within the United States. Spending summers in Montana as a teen, she loved the mountains and attended Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana, graduating in 1990 with a degree in Business Marketing. After completing her business degree, Dana returned home to Connecticut to have a successful marketing career working for large companies such as Coca-Cola USA, Unilever, AC Nielsen, and BMG Entertainment. Marrying Clemson graduate Kevin Lasher, Dana was introduced to the Upstate and fell in love with the area, reminding her of summers in the Big Sky Country. After a ten-year stint in South Florida, Kevin and Dana, and their three children decided to relocate to Clemson and make their home in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. In her spare time, Dana volunteers at Clemson University as an advisor to the Pi Beta Phi sorority and works with college students at the William O. and Ann Powers College of Business on entrepreneurship opportunities.

My professional goal was to create a lifestyle brand that is focused on girls of all ages; showing every girl that has a dream “that her story is valuable, it is worth telling” as she never knows who may be listening. After achieving that, I made it my mission to inspire others by mentoring, tutoring, and working with college students to take risks and change the world through entrepreneurship. Dana has a BS in Marketing 1990 from Montana State University. She is also a licensed realtor in the states of Florida and South Carolina.
