PlaySafe Receives 2025 Grant from Greenwood Co. Community Foundation

In May 2025, PlaySafe received a Youth & Education grant from Greenwood County Community Foundation (GCCF) to be applied toward athletic training services for local high schools. These services are made possible by a partnership between PlaySafe, Self Regional Healthcare, Greenwood School District 50, and local funders. Athletic trainers provide support for athletes at sporting events as well as ongoing wellness services and teach injury and illness prevention skills to students.
