Chris Clemow, MD FACSM

A graduate of the University of Tennessee, both for undergraduate and medical school, Chris has been a family medicine and sports medicine doctor in Anderson, SC since 2003.  Dr. Clemow has been involved with PlaySafe since its inception.  He has been passionate about PlaySafe missions for as long as it’s existed. He currently serves as a faculty member for the AnMed Family Medicine Residency Program and is the director of the AnMed Sports Medicine Fellowship. He is our current Chair of the Board of Directors. Additionally, Chris serves as the PlaySafe medical director and oversees the services and policies of our athletic trainers.  He and his wife Diana, who is also a physician in Anderson, have three daughters ages 9-11.   The Clemows love to live their busy life together.
