PlaySafe USA Partners with Electric City FC to Provide Athletic Training Services for 2025 Season

In early 2025, Electric City FC, based in Anderson, SC, announced a new partnership with PlaySafe USA, where PlaySafe will provide certified athletic training services throughout their 2025 season, ensuring the health, safety, and performance of Electric City FC athletes. Electric City FC is a newly established club competing in the UPSL Mid-Atlantic Conference. The team plays its home matches at Old McCants Stadium and has quickly gained momentum.

PlaySafe’s certified athletic trainers (ATCs) will be present at all home matches to provide injury prevention, emergency care, rehabilitation, and health education. This partnership marks PlaySafe’s expansion beyond scholastic athletics into elite amateur sports, reinforcing its mission to promote safe athletic participation at all levels.

PlaySafe USA is a Sports Medicine Services 501c(3) non-profit organization, providing Athletic Trainers to secondary schools. Our Certified Athletic Trainers are sports-related injury prevention, assessment, and care experts, whose presence saves lives. They also specialize in patient education to prevent injuries in the first place, which reduces rehabilitation and re-injury healthcare costs.
