On January 18, 2024, PlaySafe USA and 31 additional companies located in South Carolina have been named as honorees for the inaugural Empowering Women awards put on by SC Biz News. “These awards recognize companies and organizations that have shown a strong commitment to supporting and elevating women in South Carolina. Empowering Women is designed to showcase tangible and innovative efforts by companies, law firms, nonprofits and other organizations to advance women in the workplace and community.”
Lt. Governor Pamela Evette will deliver a keynote address during a recognition event to be held February 20 at the DoubleTree Hilton in Columbia. In attendance from PlaySafe USA will be Brandy Singleton (Executive Director), Ann Cioffi (Chief Operating Officer), and Kim Ellison (Office Manager).
Honorees will also be featured in a special section to appear in all of SC Biz News’ journals — the Charleston Regional Business Journal, the Columbia Regional Business Report and GSA Business Report — as well as online.
